can anyone recommend a HOA or billing software? i am reviewing the method we use to collect dues and it seems burdensome. currently we use excel, paypal and click to mail, none of these programs are integrated so it involves a lot of copy and paste and manual entry.
issues presented:
paypal seems expensive for credit cards. 2.9% + $.3 each transaction - maybe another more feature rich provider. we are not currently offering ACH
900 properties
our dues are annual due jan
we have a late fee in mar and july
late fees from previous years are also reassessed at each late fee interval in current year until member is in good standing.
additional late fee at end of year for members that have facility key (voluntary so not all members have)
need key tracking system as well (keys are stamped with number - there is a lost key fee)
not sure any program exists with all these nuances
