-- If so, ask the seller/developer for all addendums.
-- For a Florida condo, the requirements for a prospectus are listed at http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&URL=0700-0799/0718/Sections/0718.504.html . If any of this statutorily required info is absent, send a letter and say that FS 718.504 requires such-and-such. Please provide such-and-such.
