Our lastBoard meeting was held on a legal holiday which our bylaws state cannot happen. Does this giveus (the board) grounds to call another meeting Now or within 4 days?

Why would your board have a meeting on a holiday if your doc's specifically state not to? If you had an improper meeting, IMO call another meeting, however your doc's recommend, and if there were any motions or votes redo them at this meeting.
