We have a broad cooler on top of our condo building for air conditioning. Is broadusa the only company that maintains it? We pay about 6k a year and was looking for other vendors to cut cost. Do you know what type of hvac service this is called?

Have you tried searching the web? Start with broad cooler and the name of your city and see what happens. If you know the name of the manufacturer of the equipment, try cobra ring them to see if there's another company in your area. Property man's at high rise apartments may also be able to give you a referral.
