Maybe I told you more than you needed to know.....

Does Sq Footage on your tax bill have to match what you are paying condo Maintence for square footage? Some are the same and others are not.

Is that something that should be brought up to owners and have them aware of?

In my county the SQ FT on tax bills is routinely wrong, sometimes by 10% or more. The only accurate measure of SQ FT is normally an appraisal, done by a certified appraiser. Appraiser's and Realtors sometimes measure differently and the county may again measure another way. There are different methods to calculate SQ FT and there is a margin of error allowed in them all.

No Dottie,
I would leave this alone as the County appraisers are almost wrong to some degree. Unless we are talking in the hundreds of feet, leave that Beast sleeping. It's just a matter of a couple of dollars concerning the tax bills.

Dottie, I do not think this is an HOA's concern. I believe every owner is notified with their bill that they can challenge their tax appraisal and know how to do it. If you want to learn the appraisal for your neighbors' properties for the purpose of contesting this info is probably available through your County's web pages.
