Reverse of usual. Does anyone have example of letter from management company terminating management agreement?

Doesn't the new? management company have such a letter and more importantly a letter to transition?

"Pursuant to Section __ of the [Title of Management Agreement], dated [Date] (the "Agreement"), between [Name of Property Manager] and [HOA Name], this letter constitutes notice that the Agreement is terminated, effective as of [Date]." And just check the notice provision of the Agreement to ensure that you are sending notice the required way (mail to a specific address, email to a specific address, etc.).

If you hired a new management company, I assume they would be quite willing to draft a letter to go out under the BOD's Signature.
