Does a Master Deed ever terminate or end?

I googled master deed and learned it provides for easements that describe the conditions under which the association, its agent or management company can enter a unit.

I suppose your documents say something similar, but your question sounds like you haven't read it. That's where you begin and look for any dates. If you don't see anything, take your documents to a private attorney and have him or her take a look.

While you're at, have a look at the rest of your documents. You may want to pay special attention to the CCRs which dictate his the common areas are to be used. You may also see rules on things like pets, making exterior change request, etc. There could be more detail on how and when the association would need to enter your unit. Get comfy and get busy reading.

If it is not right do not do it; if it is not true do not say it. Marcus Aurelius

Look for language that says the agreement "runs with the land" or similar wording. Easements often have this, and it means that all future owners are bound by the terms of the agreement. Otherwise it would have to specify the terms under which it would be terminated.
