Where can I report an issue about the HOA in florida..other then talking with the HOA..like talk to the wall.

You definitely have to expand on this. I can say talk to the police, DBR, your religious oficial etc. What is the situation?

Morning NancyD1: Just would like to know when it comes time for results of a vote for an assessment..does there have to be a full board attended at this meeting or not? there was only 3 board members at the meeting plus the managers assistant that collected the proxys. and again there is 28 units and 13 did not reply 15 voted threw proxys 9-yes 6-no.

As with 90% of the issues raised here, the answer lies within your association documents. Read these documents for the answer to your question. We cannot answer the question for you unless you post the documents. Each association is different.
