This is a perfect example of attorney abuse on the HOA side. A good attorney would have settled this case or would not even have taken it if the facts were researched properly. I bet there are a few homes for sale in this community!!!!

If the homeowners decide to sue the BOD for going to the extent they did, D&O won't touch this because they don't handle stupidity.
