Our 49 member, self managed HOA is looking for a easy to use software package for records management, communications and financial management. We are seeking a suite from a solid company that has been in business for at least five years, likely to be around for much longer, and a subscription fee not more than $100/year.

I don't have a recommendation for you but I'd be real reluctant to buy anything with a $8-$9 monthly fee. Did you mean $100 a month?
