Does anyone know where to find state or county laws on commercial vehicles parked in a driveway in a HOA community (GA state)? And what I mean by commercial vehicle is a AT&T van/truck. Thanks

You need to read the Rules and Regulations for your HOA.

As said, you have to read your Covenants. In my last HOA any vehicle with signage was considered a commercial vehicle and it could not be parked overnight in your driveway. The Covenants were very clear and if an issue it was the byer failed to read them.

There are not likely to be any state or county laws that define what can be parked in an HOA. You could check with your county code enforcement office to see if they have any rules about commercial vehicles generally. If not, as others have posted you can check your association CCRs to see if they have any restrictions. If they do, then it would be up to the association to enforce, governments do not enforce HOA restrictions. Depending on your CCRs, other owners also have the prerogative to enforce, that generally means suing.

For County or Local Laws you need to search the name of county and local government for their websites for the statutes.
More and more states are allowing vehicles required for JOBS to be parked in HOA’s. You need to take the time to review your State, County or Local City laws to see if allowed and which could supersede your CCR’s.

People for 15 years have been so dense that one board after another has tried to have police vehicles banned from their properties by calling them "commercial vehicles" in blatant disregard of the Attorney General's written opinion from 2005.
One of the very few changes to the HOA, condo, and coop statutes in 2020 is new language that provides:
"An association may not prohibit a law enforcement officer, as defined in s. 943.10(1), who is a parcel owner, or who is a tenant, guest, or invitee of a parcel owner, from parking his or her assigned law enforcement vehicle in an area where the parcel owner, or the tenant, guest, or invitee of the parcel owner, otherwise has a right to park."
