I'd be grateful if ya'll could provide me with a couple of links that will lead me to:

1. An RFP that I can use to solicit bids for an HOA management company.
2. A contract that can be used establish the relationship between the HOA and the management company.

Thanks in advance!

Nothing so far. So I went ahead and drafted one myself (taking into consideration text that I found in a number of docs that I found on the web). Do you have one that you like?

Go to davis-stirling.com for materials about "Managers." Also see "contracts" at the site for info that might help.

Besides D-S in CA, I think Google would probably find some results. The one you posted is really bad. It mischaracterizes Reserves badly. It's also loaded with typographic errors and improper terminology.
