My association is having a hard time tracking citations handed out by the management company. We want to be able to quickly check the number of past and outstanding issues per property.

I just Googled for HOA WEB sites and scanned a bunch of them. They all seem to focus on posting public (for the membership) information like calendars and documents.

Can anybody recommend a supplier, or possibly a software package, that can do all of that, plus issue tracking?

Golly - you have that many citations you can't keep track of them? Don't you have a file for each lot or unit? Everything regarding that lot or unit should be in their file. How many lots or units do you have? Can't your management compnay provide the spread sheet of currently active violations and their status - is that what you are looking for?

Our P.M. provides the Covenants Committee (ARC or whatever) with a Package once per month, just prior to the monthly CC meeting. It containes copies of all the letters sent within the last 30 dayss. Cease and Desist letters, Hearing request letters, sanction letters, responses to these letters etc. The C.C. updates a spreadsheet once per month based on the ACC package and our previous requests for these various letters. If you just need a good xls format for tracking these violations, email me at umcacc.yahoo and I'd be glad to send you a template that you might be able to adapt for your needs.
