Quick question, can a BOD terminate a schedualed vote. The vote is one schedualed over a 10 day period all by mail in ballots. Is there any restrictions on this, I could not find any. Thanks. We're in Texas.

A scheduled vote for what? Elections of directors?

A vote on accepting the proposed CC&R. New information surfaced in which rather than having seperate CC&R we may want to combine them the neighboring subdivision but need to have about 30 days to check this possibility out but now the vote is on. thx.
