We are irrigation water managers and work with HOA boards across the country. We understand that you have very full plates and just want clear current information about your property. IMC works as an owners representative to help you get what you need to save money on irrigation water usage. Here are a few questions and things to consider to help save money on irrigation water usage.
1) Do you know what zones exactly work?
2) Do you know how much you spend on irrigation water?
3) Does your property maintenance company set scheduling for your system to run based on current information or is the controller set to run on specific days even if if it rains.
4) GIS/GPS mapping and an assessment of your irrigation system is a great place to start to collect facts about your irrigation system.
5) Compare water bills. If you are in a cold weather area, compare you January bill to your August bill toget an idea of irrigation water usage. Consider a deduct or separate meter depending on the size of your property.
IMC's focus is to save client's money. We have a blog "Out of the Valve Box" that you will see in early 2020. I am available for any questions. So ask away!!!
