Our community is still being built out, and the most recent buildings have driveways wider than the earlier ones.
Some of the original owners want to expand the driveways to match the newer building driveway width.

I understand the lawn they would want to remove and replace with concrete is a "limited common area" and subject to Master Deed restrictions.

Is there any way this could be done? Unanimous vote? 2/3rd vote? Revision to Master Deed?

Ask the developer - if your community is still being built, it's in charge and can decide how the driveways will go

Are you seeking permission to make the change at your own expense?

Or are you expecting the developer to cover the cost?
