Yes, but we live in a time where people sue over a ham sandwich if there's too much mayo on it, so I do understand some of the thinking behind it.

Even so, board members have to remember when they choose to serve, there will be times when tough decisions must be made and sitting there fretting about it doesn't make the task easier, nor will it go away. I also provided an answer and hope Faye considers taking it - if not, she may need to reconsider serving on the board.
