Anybody have the right wording for a letter to let a Board member know they are being removed due to deliquency of HOA dues? Thanks!!!

Shari, are you sure your By-laws allow for removal of a Board member due to being delinquent? If they do simply state:
In accordance with the By-laws the Board has voted to remove you from the Board effective immediately because you are delinquent in your assessments.

Yes, and the letter is written and signed by a majority of the board, we'll let you know how it goes.....when delivered.
