We are a FL HOA and having issues with our Board. It came to my attention that the most recent ballots that elected the current board did not contain a correct date. It contained the prior year's date. Does that invalidate the election and the new board members who were elected? Please provide a reference to a statute or law that applies if one exists. Thanks

There is no law. Were the ballot dates all the same? If so it will be considered a scribner's error.
