Hi,

I'm evaluating some HOA reserve study software and not finding much that feels like it's caught up to the 2010s.... anyone have any tips for a web-based tool I don't have to download software to run?

If yes, hoping to hear how much it costs you annually and what you like about it

Thanks!

Have you evaluated if its a good idea to use a web based company for something that is planning out the next 30 years of your HOA's existence? Will those companies be around next year or two decades from now to update all the time you spent entering all that data?

Sometimes a stand alone software that runs on a single machine is better than a web solution.

PS. I still have a specialized piece of software I run every so often in a virtual machine with win95 on my Windows 10 machine. Still works great, even with a modern computer. I can easily hand it off to another person 10 years from now.
