Is it legal to accept liability and maintenance responsibility for neighbors property.

Is this the same issue in Colorado that LindaA14 just posted about?

"Is it legal?" I think your best bet is to ask a lawyer in Colorado. Liability and insurance scenarios can vary from state to state.

Michael, please provide details. Specifically what responsibility? Mowing, tree cutting? Routinely or as a one-time deal? Why has the HOA done this?
