Our HOA mails ballots out the first part of October to vote for new board members. They have approximately 8 weeks to return ballot by mail. We have a group that is calling people and asking for their proxies in this election. There is no need for proxies. My question is are they legal in Oklahoma? I understand for a board meeting, but the only way members vote, we mail them a ballot. Would appreciate any and all input. Thanks

Board directors may not have proxies for board meetings.

Your bylaws will tell you if owners may vote via proxies.
