How long can out of town relatives stay

I don't think there is any state law governing this, and I would not expect that most associations limit visitors. You would have to read your governing docs to see if any limitation exists. My general though on the question is that out of town visitors who expect you to wait on them hand and foot can stay a day or two, those who help out and make or buy some meals can stay until you tire of each other.

I was going to say the same thing Mark! Except they are like boiled eggs left on the counter... At first they are steaming hot delicious to eat... In the end they end up in a jar pickled and sat in the back of the fridge...

What do your governing documents say? I've seen documents that do not address the subject at all, and I've seen documents that go to great lengths to define "Owner", "Member", "Guest", "Visitor", "Tenant", "Invitee", etc.
