We are attempting to write up/out a guideline to use when preparing an ARC
for any project.

Does any one have a sample that we could consider when preparing a type of "guideline" for owners when preparing
an ARC for submission to the HOA board?

No written guidelines, but here's a sample of the form we created for ourselves.

The site has always been flaky. It will add your post (they're not emails) every time you hit the "Submit" button even when it looks like nothing is happening and the site is not responding. Mid-90s forum design and coding methinks.

I was wondering also about what your HOA did in addition to the request form..... We used a second form . we have used in the past, that the user(proposed user) had t fill out and it was devoted entirely t0 the condition of the place.. we/they had to denote any problems, i.e. the table leg was broken... window broken/cracked... spot on carpet..etc. prior to renting

Coming up with a form that the owners could use is not easy.
