Our condo community is in Marietta GA and we have some units with more than one dish.
Is it lawful for an HOA to limit the number of residential dishes per unit ?

If they've been placed in the community common area, I think so, but you may need to grandfather in the ones that are already there. Go to the FCC website for more information on what HOW's can and can't do regarding satellite dishes.

There may be old conversations on this site with pink to the website, as well aside as you could adapt to your community

As Sheila mentioned, the association can exercise control over antennas on common property, but not on owner's property or exclusive use areas such as balconies.
