is it mandatory in florida for club house of a moble home park to have a defibulator in the building

That would be a question for your local Fire Marshall. It's a good idea to have one available. Will tell you that proper training has to go along with some defibulators. It's not just a "plug and play" unit. There are multiple types out there.
