Starting a new thread on financial management since there have been a few different discussions recently about roles of Treasurer, Board, PM, etc. in regard to management and banking.
Attached is Financial Ops Manual we put together around 5 years ago. I think we got the idea from CAI, but not sure.
Our goal was to clarify practices, define responsibilities, and set limits. A few things listed are unique to our situation, but most are more general.
Someone looking to tighten up a financial system might find this helpful.
