Hi!
This of late has been a real issue!! Example there was a change work order on a project of ours. This required an emergency meeting to keep things rolling along. Last week the information was given , all agreed to meeting date and time. 1 day before the meeting a board member is claiming that they donβt agree with the bid, and feel more work etc etc etc. Same board member works in tandem with another questioning projects to death to the point of delays. They both showed up to an emergency meeting not ready to vote and asking questions only the vendor could answer. I feel there is a real reason why they appear to go over board with stall tactics. Emergency meetings are needed at times due to unforeseen issues and to let us all set a date then start asking delaying questions the day before seems to be the ammo. Suggestions are really appreciated.
