Does the treasurer have the right to hold back $50,000 in operating funds and open a money market account on her own, with out a vote and other maintenance repairs are being ignored? Is this criminal,or what options does the membership have?

And possibly the rest of the board if they went along with this (check your documents to see what they say about board recalls - if nothing's there, you might be able to do with with a special owner's meeting and there should be instructions on that). But where is your proof? Have you confronted the board with any of this? If not, why not? Have you spoken to your neighbors and ALL of you attend the next meeting to demand answers?
