This is a very informative site. It will lead you to your state laws. You still have to know your own doc's, but usually state law supersedes.

State governments change their web sites, and therefore the URL's of the laws, more often than any other group I've every seen. I guess that comes from having webmasters that need to keep proving that they are needed.
