If I own 10 lots and the treasurer listed my name and lot numbers 10 times, is the fine $1000 per lot or $1000 for all together?

Not sure what this is in reference to? Need more details. If you own 10 lots and have 10 votes, then each one has it's own fine.

Ah, that's better in a different thread.
It could be either. Is it one mention of each of your 10 lots? Depending on your covenants and/or Rules and Regulations it could be one fine for each lot. You should ask the treasurer for clarification.
