If I interpret the statement and question correctly . . .

If docs permit 1 vote per unit and a single entity owns 50 units, then yes, that single entity get 50 votes (1 vote per unit owned).

Similarly, the entity would owe 50x the assessment (1 assessment per unit owned).

It depends. If under developer rule, they could get three votes per lot, but ONLY the developer, not a homeowner. Typically, but not always, you get ONE vote per unit owned.

If I read you correctly, the answer is "yes". If I own 50 units/lots/parcels then I get 50 votes.
