Does anybody have guidance on hiring a management company that also sells home buying and selling services. This particular company wants to have a stipulation in the contract to allow them to provide these services to our homeowners and advertise them.

Contracts are negotiable. You don't have to take the boiler plated contract written by the vendor. Read it and ask that areas that you disagree with be amended. If the vendor says no, move on to your next choice of contractors.

An MC that's also a realtor and wants business in your HOA may very easily look the other way if certain homes are in violation of your documents in order to get listings. I I were on your board, I wouldn't even consider it. Here you on the board?

If this forum had a "like" or "thumbs up" button for reacting to posts, you'd get one from me on that.
