We are a small hoa with a private paved road about 2.5 miles in total. There is new interest in adding on to our road way and also building new homes. with that being said we on the review committee are seeking a way to institute a "road use Bond" that would essentially pay for any damage to our already in place pavement. If this has happened to your hoa please offer up info regarding this matter.
