We often see conversations about whacko homeowners (who may or may not be board members) and people ask for ideas on how to deal with them before something unfortunately happens (like you beating them within an inch of his/her life????)
We know communication is the beginning to healthy relationships and sometimes, we do have to sit people down and tell them about themselves - here's a blog I read that provides some useful tips on how to do that. It's geared towards medical professionals, but I think the tips can be applied in HOA land as well. Hope it helps!
