I am reviewing our annual budget, first one for the owner board. Our MC fees (totals) are about 17% for a site manager, and full service - is this about right? I know that each community is different in the services recieved, and budgeted, etc - but wanted to know if the percentages are high/low - as we moving to address new budget, and possibly new MC.
