Hi all,

We are updating our CC&R's and I was looking for a resource that might just outline the basic issues a CC&R document in California needs to address. If course, we will have a lawyer write the documents, but I'd like to understand the issues we need to address.

Any one have suggestions for resources.

Thanks so much

I would access the county records and look for recently recorded CCRs...see what others are doing ...

I'm with George. I've never seen a copyrighted set of CC&Rs. Plagiarize shamelessly. "Borrow" might be a better term. If you don't claim it's your own original work then it's not really plagiarism.

Thanks all. I was looking more for the areas we should think about. I have about 4 or 5 CC&R's.

But this is a great suggestion.
