I live in a small 3 unit HOA. Other 2 units owned by same individual so I am always outvoted. i wish to disagree with a very unfair accusation against me which they are insisting be placed as a declaration on permanent record. I wish to disagree with these claims. Can I insist that my Rebuttal be placed on the permanent record at the same time as the declaration. I live in Los Angeles area. Thanks for your assistance.

I always put down a statement of disagreement if I don't agree. Should be able to add it and reference to it. I would even write it where it can be found.

Most likely you would need to talk to a lawyer to see what your options are.
