Apologies if this has already been asked, but I can't seem to get the search feature of this forum to work today...

For those HOAs that are doing their own accounting, I was curious what software you are using. We're a small HOA - only 9 units, and I would like to find a free or low-cost software package to help with managing the accounting. We're currently using google sheets and importing bank statements to create our P&L statements.

With such a small community, HOA software makes little sense.

Excel will work great for you.

Google Sheets (same as excel but free and shareable with other members)
