I agree that there are differences between COAs and HOAs.
However, there is often enough similarities in the problems that many on this site can assist with regardless of what type of Association they live in.

To my knowledge, this is the only forum that is more in the middle (vs. slanted very pro or very anti HOA/COA).
All I can suggest is that you do an internet search and see what results you get.
