I am President of a BOD located in Northern California and am having difficulty finding a Mgmt Co. to provide the services we require. Does anyone have a Mgmt Co. that they could recommend? We are a large Senior Community, and require a full-time on-site Manager and a part-time Activity Director.

Try a Google search for HOA Management Northern California. One of the items is a "Yellow Pages" Listing that has lots of Management Companies. The Management Company we use is GREAT. Can't name them here. What part of Northern California are you in? If you are close I know they would be glad to talk to you.

Also try your local Chapter of CAI (Community Association Institute)

Hi Rick: Thanks for the response. We are located in Sacramento; I think location is part of the problem finding a MC willing to take on a large senior community, and provide the services we require. I have found many MC's but most have limits on the size of the community, and many provide only "Portfolio Managers."
