I am on a board in Missouri and want to get honest opinions on local management companies. If you live in Missouri:

Who do you use?

How is the service?

Would you suggest them to someone?

Can you share contact information?

Getting a good management company is not easy.. Most of them are corrupt....using favorite contractors who kick back...You (one) has to keep on top of everything that is done.. It is not at all easy.

I think it's not helpful to claim "most of them are corrupt". Surely there are some, but most? Maybe in Oklahoma.
