We have had many request to fill out the HUD questionnaire on many homes. And some are set up for monthly bank drafts therefore they request an update monthly.
Do you charge fees for this information? And what do you charge?
What is your turn around return date? And do you offer a RUSH and what is the fee for a RUSH?
Thanks,
Learhea

Do you know what the HUD questionnaire is for?

Apparently in a case of Reverse Morgages, HUD requires the Mortgage company to provide them with the name of the Community Association, address, phone #, etc. And to confirm that HOA dues are paid in full and on time. In my case, we have lots of homes on monthly bank drafts, therefore the Mortgage companies contact us each month to update the information stating the resident is not behind and up to date on their HOA dues.

I believe an Officer of your BOD can verify dues are up to date. I would suggest the Treasurer.

We have to fill one out when someone is closing on a loan. So it's usually a day before closing that I would show up at the Realtor's office to fill it out. I never charged for it. Who would pay for it? The owner? The seller? The bank? The Realtor? I just filled it out and moved on.
