what is the difference of general towing and specific towing in California. According to Davis Sterling we can sign an agreement with a tow company for specific towing only which are towing for parking in fire lanes, infringing of someone's ingress or egress. So if the board wants no involvement with signing for a tow, a car parked on a private street during no parking hours can't be towed without a board member signature? Thanks

Correct. The signature can be representative of the Association, possibly a PM, but most like a Board member who lives on the property.
