I am writing about a situation where the ccrs have not been enforced for at least twenty five years .

And about ten years ago a jack leg developer that bought some lots sued a homeowner over a pigeon coop racing pigeons .

Any way the developer lost the case ,and in the opinion of the judge ,he said that the developer had sold properties in the subdivision to folks saying that the ccrs where not inforce and then he tried to enforce them on others was wrong .

He also stated that since the ccrs had not been enforced for so long that he doubted if any could ever be enforced and that that the the owner's should look to the current zoning law's for remedies .

Suburban ranch zoning Az pima county now we have a little bunch of folks that are trying to revive these old ccrs to harass folks again they just never quit .

Just provide them with a copy of the Lawsuit and how the Judge ruled ... hopefully they will understand that if they pursue a similar method they will reap the same results.
