We have a property manger attending all board meetings. Our secretary is responsible for creating the minutes. Do you see any reason why the property manager needs to be asked for input for corrections to minutes? Shouldn't just the board make those comments?

It is the responsibility of the Directors to correct the minutes of Board meetings. The secreatary is responsile for the minutes but the duty of taking minutes can be delegated to someone else. Sometimes the managing agent records the minutes, it may even be a duty listed in the management agreement. Also, there may be occasions where the Directors want clarifications related to the managing agent's input at the previous meeting prior to approving those minutes.
