Last year we did not have enough members running for the board. We reduced the board from 5 to 7, knowing that we can increase at any time.
How do we increase back to seven? We have 2 seats up for election in December. Three will remain for another year(2 year terms). Do we have an election for 4 seats or just the 2?

Nancy, if the reduction from 7 to 5 was an amendment to the By-laws you can elect 2. If the reduction was simply lack of available candidates the Board can appoint 2 at any time to fill the open positions. Or the Board can elect to allow the members to vote to fill the 2 open positions - so 4 could be voted in.
