I'm looking for Covenant and Restriction language that provides restrictions on short term rentals in an HOA Community. Does anyone have such language in their C&R??? Thanks

Ours does not have any restrictions on renting but I know many state that a unit cannot be leased for less than a specific amount of time, such as 6 months or a year.

There are documents with all kinds of restrictions. Some you may like and some you may not like. The question should be how do we get such into our documents?

Do you mean a complete ban on short term rentals?

...provided... the period of rental is at least one month [six months? one year?] unless some other period is established in the regulations or Bylaws of the Association...

My HOA amended our CCR to allow one rental period per year. The rental period may be for one day or any period up to a full year.
