Thank you all for your comments on costs incurred by Secretary for printing, especially the suggestion for the board to make alternate arrangements. I am going to do notes by hand, photo by phone, and send for another board member to complete and print. I submit the receipt, only have HOA ink purchase on it. I have a separate printer just for association, which I purchased and was not requesting reimbursement for prior purchases. Nothing in our by laws says board members can't be reimbursed. In 25 years, I have only submitted and was reimbursed 3 times. I mostly paid out of my own pocket, but more recently costs are higher. Our association has a lot of ongoing issues, rather long and multiple meetings, with a number of attachments to the minutes. Thank you all.
