The BoD President and Management do not take care of anything. Many times I report the same issue 3 or 4 times over a year or more because no action is being taken what so ever. Then all the sudden the violators get a letter and my name is dropped to the people that are raving mad because they cant park on their grass or run around the HOA riding their ATV's anymore.
So, if I read this correctly, you want to be the neighborhood snitch but you don't want to be known for it. Have you ever heard the saying "better to hated for who you are, than loved for who you aren't". If you're not willing to stand behind the complaint, you probably shouldn't do it. Let's face it, claiming your neighbors parking on their grass is going to hurt your property values is a heck of a stretch. I do agree that a nice, clean neighborhood will attract more potential buyers, but parking on the grass?
If the facebook page is operated by the association, they should not be posting it there. If the page is more of a community page started by one of the members, not the BOD, then they can and will say pretty much anything they want. Not much you can do about that.
Maybe try to get along?
